In 2003, Logoplaste partnered with local entrepreneurs to create CADIn – the first non-profit organization in Portugal fully dedicated to the study and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders.
THE ORGANIZATION HAS HAD AN AMAZING IMPACT.
Since its inception, CADIn founded a second location in Setúbal to care for communities south of Lisbon and expanded its services to patients of all ages – including a program focused on professional development assistance for adults with disabilities.
Today, CADIn serves over 22,000 families.
CADIN TAKES A 360° APPROACH TO CARE
Every patient is unique. CADIn carefully considers personal history and environmental factors to provide custom care.
Neurodevelopmental disorders typically affect other functionalities. To better respond this complexity, professionals of various specialties are involved in the assessment and care of each patient.
We work with families, schools and employers to integrate patient care into every environment.
SUPPORT ACROSS AGE GROUPS
Living with a neurodevelopmental disorder poses unique challenges at different stages of life. That’s why we provide age-specific services that best address patients’ needs.
Lack of resources should never be an impediment to excellent care. Through a social fund, we help support the cost of care for low-income families and children in foster care.
